PICKORA is a commentary marketplace. We do not accept wagers, hold wagering funds, or operate a sportsbook. Wagering — if you choose to do it — happens entirely off-platform with a licensed operator under that operator's terms.

1. No guarantee of outcomes

Every Pick on PICKORA is opinion. Past performance does not predict future results. No Picker, model, or system can guarantee the outcome of a sporting event, and PICKORA makes no such promise on a Picker's behalf.

2. Your jurisdiction, your responsibility

Sports-wagering law varies by country, state, and province. You are solely responsible for confirming that consuming sports-betting commentary — and any wagers you choose to place — is lawful where you are physically located, and that you meet the local minimum age. We block accounts where we know wagering is unlawful, but the final responsibility is yours.

3. Age

Minimum age to use PICKORA is 18, and 21 in U.S. states whose sports-wagering rules require 21+. We verify date of birth at signup. Knowingly providing false age information is grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Responsible gambling

  • Only stake what you can afford to lose.
  • Set deposit, time, and loss limits with your sportsbook.
  • Use self-exclusion tools if betting stops being fun.
  • You can pause or cancel any PICKORA subscription at any time, with no penalty.

5. Odds & performance transparency

  • Picks are timestamped and locked the moment they're posted. Odds, stake, and selection cannot be edited after the fact.
  • Results are auto-graded from a sportsbook settlement feed. Wins, losses, pushes, and voids all appear in each Picker's public record.
  • ROI, win rate, units, and streaks are computed from the full graded history. Losing streaks are not hidden.
  • Odds shown on PICKORA are indicative. The price you actually get at your sportsbook may differ due to line movement.

6. No liability
