Terms of Use

Last updated: June 15, 2026

This is a plain-language summary intended for product use. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by counsel in each jurisdiction you operate in before launch.

1. Who we are

PICKORA is a marketplace where independent sports analysts ("Pickers") publish commentary and selections ("Picks") that subscribers can read. PICKORA does not accept wagers, does not hold funds for wagering, and is not a sportsbook.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction (and never under 18) and legally permitted to view sports-betting commentary where you are located. You are responsible for confirming that your use of PICKORA complies with local law.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid tiers renew automatically at the stated price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are issued only where required by law or where a Picker fails to deliver advertised content for a sustained period.

4. Picker content

Picks are opinions and commentary, not guarantees. PICKORA verifies the authenticity of each Pick's timestamp and grades outcomes from a sportsbook settlement feed, but does not endorse any individual Picker's strategy.

5. No liability for outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PICKORA and its Pickers are not liable for any losses, damages, or legal consequences arising from your use of any Pick, including but not limited to wagers you choose to place. See the Gambling Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute Picks; don't impersonate Pickers; don't use PICKORA to launder funds, manipulate markets, or violate sportsbook terms. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Questions: legal@pickora.com.
