Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
- Account: email, password hash, date of birth, selected jurisdiction.
- Profile: handle, display name, avatar, optional bio.
- Activity: subscriptions, follows, picks viewed, notification preferences.
- Billing (paid tiers): handled by our payment processor; we store only the customer/subscription IDs and the last 4 of the card.
- Device & log data: IP, user agent, approximate location for fraud prevention.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, deliver picks and notifications, grade results, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable law (including age and jurisdiction checks described in the Gambling Policy).
3. Who we share it with
Service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, email, analytics, payments), and law enforcement when legally compelled. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your controls
- Access, export, or delete your account data from settings.
- Manage email and push notification preferences at any time.
- EU/UK and California residents: you have the additional rights granted by GDPR and CCPA, including objection and portability.
5. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward to meet legal, tax, and anti-fraud obligations.
