Subscription Policy

This is a plain-language summary intended for product use. It is not legal advice and must be reviewed by counsel in each jurisdiction before launch.
1. Plans and pricing
PICKORA offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid tiers unlock access to individual picker feeds or bundles. Current prices, currencies, and included features are displayed at checkout and control in the event of any discrepancy with marketing copy.
2. Billing cycle and renewals
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) using your saved payment method, at the then-current price for your plan. We will attempt to notify you before any price change takes effect.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access to the picker(s) you subscribed to through the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Refunds
Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. We may issue a discretionary refund or credit when a picker fails to publish advertised content for a sustained period, when a duplicate charge occurs, or when a technical issue on our side prevents access. Request refunds at billing@pickora.com within 14 days of the charge.
5. Free trials and promotions
Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription automatically at the trial's end unless cancelled beforehand. Promotional pricing applies only for the stated period and then reverts to the standard rate. One trial or promotion per user, per plan.
6. Picker access and content changes
Subscriptions grant personal, non-transferable access to a picker's future picks and posts during your paid period. Pickers may pause, retire, or change the scope of their content. If a picker becomes permanently unavailable, we will offer a credit or a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of a prepaid period.
7. Payment issues
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Repeated failures may result in cancellation of the subscription.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app and, where required, by email before they take effect. Continued use of a paid subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
